today was fun! went out with Audrey (: it's like the best shopping trip EVER. we had SO much fun. we went to Takashimaya and decided to get lipstick for mommy. we went to the Yves Saint Laurent booth thing and tried some colours, but only number 44 was nice. we then went to the Bobbi Brown booth and we REALLY liked the the one in Nude 18. its gorgeous! so we got it and it came with a really cute box, but it is nothing compared to the Yves Saint Laurent packaging (:

soon after, we went to get pretzels at Aunie Annie's. the lady at the counter was SO polite i tell you. it was hilarious. when we were at the counter, instead of asking like "Yes, can i take your order?" or something, she was like doing that throw-back-your-head action. you know the kind when the ah bengs are like "bu shuang" and you ask them something and they do that head thing? well, she did that to us! how polite.

after getting pretzels, we went to Pacific Plaza, in which we got lost, cause we went towards Heeren instead of Pacific Plaza. while walking pass Paragon, there were these people asking for DONATIONS. okay, not that i'm against donations or anything, but this one REALLY bugged us. plus, i donated to this one before. i feel so stupid. we were so frigging ticked off. there was this girl, and two guys and only the girl and one guy asked us. the guy seemed dumb. didn't say a word, just kept staring at us. the girl was introducing herself etc etc, then she started saying all the usual crap, and she said exactly the SAME THING the guy whom i donated to said. honestly, i think they just like memorized a script or something. she was like "if i give you 10 dollars a month, can you survive anot?" i'm thinking like "heck, no" so we said no. then she went on with her ramblings. and we had to donate 10 dollars.

and i said that there were two guys right? the other one came back from where ever he was and started like talking to the dumb guy. they started looking at Audrey with a dirty look. it was SO disgusting. then they started asking for phone numbers, where you lived, what school you go to etc etc. we were so pissed off that we just walked away. i totally felt like giving them one tight slap each on the face. and the girl was LAUGHING. can you believe it? i was thinking, "gosh, have some respect for feminism, bitch." and we couldn't believe we gave them 10 dollars! stupid. we were having so much fun and they totally ruined it. but awhile later, we saw a LAMBORGHINI GALLARDO!! it was SO cool. then we started to make fun of those donation people, cause the girl had like ORANGE contacts. she looked like a CAT. hahaha. i felt like going up to her and say "nice contacts, not." so we started having fun again (:

after a rather long walk we finally reached Pacific Plaza. we went to see some stuff. and bought a pair of flip-flops. it's pretty (: then we walked ALL the way back to Heeren cause we were looking for beach bags. and guess what, we saw the perverted donation people. we just rolled our eyes and made a face. and guess what, it started raining. and we didn't have an umbrella. and Heeren is SMALL. the rain apparently didn't want to stop and there was like no store that sold UMBRELLAS, so we grabbed the Today newspapers and like dashed, okay, brisk walked, to the next shelter. which was so totally wrong. cause the rain started to get heavier, and they were people SMOKING. hello-o. if you wanna damage your own internal organs, and grow tumors leave mine alone ya? we were so bugged that we went back to Heeren. haha. i know. we're so silly.

awhile later, the rain became lighter and we went back to Takashimaya. we walked around somemore and by then our legs got tired. OUR LEGS GOT TIRED. unbelievable huh? o_O hello, we've been walking 4 hours straight and meeting weird people while doing so. i like the city. filled with weird and eccentric people (:

oh yea, what's up with Friendster? its like you can't accept testimonials and you can't write them either. it's SO irritating. ugh. it's been like that for 2 days. and to think they have people to do the maintenance stuff. sheesh.

merry belated christmas to all! (: hope you've received nice presents (: anyway, one week to school! gosh. that was fast. next year school's gonna start on a tuesday. weird. boy, my bag is gonna be heavy, except for the first few days of school. ORIENTATION. woohoo! i think i might get a locker. who knows.

I CAN'T BELIEVE WENDY WON THE GRAMMY AWARDS CHALLENGE! i just can't believe it. i mean she went WAY over the top with the feathers on the skirt and stuff. and she was acting more weird than usual at the starting of the show cause she was like printing out all the photos of when all twelve of them were together. it was SO inappropriate. then she was all see how much fun this was until we became so competitive. hello-o, this is a competition no? i liked what Jay said when they interviewed him. he was like "Argghhhh. I was grossed out when Wendy came behind the thing. She just had the face, and ya think for the last challenge Wendy, you could have put lipstick on. That was the first thing I thought." HAHAHAHAHAHA. he is SO TRUE! (: that's why i like him. and kara saun :D

okay, i feel kinda bad about yesterday's post. i think i should delete it. eleanor is totally right. i mean guys will be guys. air heads and all.

hmm.. today was not bad. went out for tuition in the morning. woke up LATE. was supposed to meet at 9 and i woke up at 9. so had to REALLY rush. met grace and went for tuition. after tuition, we went to Plaza Singapura and watched PRIDE AND PREJUDICE!! ITS NICE. TWO THUMBS UP (: after that we went to Takashimaya to get my mom's christmas present. the train was packed. as usual. after getting my mom's present, we went to Food Republic. hahs. it was really empty. i mean cause of the fact that its like 4 in the AFTERNOON. haha. on the escalator up (which is like outdoors), we saw these people infront doing some variety show thing. they looked japanese. couldn't really see. we ate our lunch and then decided to head home. at least i accomplished TWO things. my mom's present AND Pride And Prejudice (:

i am SERIOUSLY bugged. sheesh. i know its weird to blog twice in a day. but i'm really BUGGED! okay, no offence i just HATE it when guys think that you like them cause you talk to them. thats like SO egoistic of them. i mean come on, PEOPLE all around you talk to you don't they? so what, the world likes you? god. its like just SO dumb. he is such a PIG. oh wait, he's not cute enough to be a pig. and he has like asked me THREE times whether i like him. hello-o. one time is ENOUGH. god. he is so dumb. he doesn't even understand sarcasm thankyouverymuch. thats like so URGH. sarcasm is my life. it bugs me when someone doen't get when i'm being sarcastic. whenever i'm sarcastic, he'll go like "huh?" or he'll take it for real. god. GROW A BRAIN and while you're at it, please burst that OH-SO-SMALL ego of yours. i mean, the only reason i talk to him is cause he's my FRIEND. period. and he's the one who talks to me first! and he's like saying i like him and don't admit it or something. DUMB DUMB DUMB. urgh. he disgusts me. so guys reading this, don't EVER think that a girl likes you cause they're talking to you. unless she shows obvious signs she's interested in you, example, body language or eye contact etc etc. other than that, don't even dream about it (i'm not trying to squash people's ego, but please don't imagine stuff that is SO NOT TRUE).

i loove Project Runway! (: yesterday's one was pretty funny. actually it was hilarious. and i still abhor that Wendy. she's like SO annoying and way drama AND a backstabber yadda yadda yadda. apparently someone drew a line across her daughter's photo which was at her work station. and she was all like "if you guys wanted to affect me emotionally blah blah blah, well it worked, thanks alot you guys"(if i'm not wrong). and her face was all RED from crying and stuff. ha-ha. i mean, no offence to her daughter but its really funny. and a real bitch thing to do. ha-ha. Robert was out! not that i like him or something, but i want Wendy to be out! sheesh. and you know smth?! i know who is out next week and all you Wendy-abhor-ers are gonna be mad!! if you wanna know who is out next week, kindly highlight the next sentence, if not then just read on. AUSTIN IS OUT!! THAT MEANS WENDY IS IN THE FINAL THREE!! AND SHE WON THIS CHALLENGE!! RARR!! ARGH! now you know. oh yea, and when they each got their packages, Jay was like "i think there are babies wrapped inside, and we have to raise them for the next 18 years" hahaha. okay, i know you must think that the fact that i keep talking about Project Runway is like television-dorky and whatnot. but there's nothing to talk about! haha. toodles (:

2005/12/17

went for the Concert Band Inaugural Concert 2005 thing yesterday. it was pretty okay. started at about 7.30pm and ended around 9.20. the hall was kinda packed. but after the 15 min interval, some of them left. grace and i got our seats with some of the guys, and guess who was sitting in the same row as us? my p6 form teacher! haha. what a coincidence. he was with my ex-classmate. awhile later we went to get tickets for kelly and we went back into the hall. they played songs like 'They're Playing Our Song', 'Ross Roy', 'Winter Sonata', 'Tribute To Dixie', etc etc. i liked 'Winter Sonata' best though (:

2005/12/13

ice-skating(: lalala. went to the jurong east one yesterday with grace, kelly, syameera, sihao, melvin and marcus. it was pretty fun. but my feet were pretty sore after that (: when we first went into the rink, only like syameera, sihao and marcus (hey, he took lessons before!) could actually skate. then left grace, kelly, melvin and i who were kinda slipping. haha. i fell like three times. actually its kinda fun to fall down(: but your butt gets like wet and stuff cause of the ice.

honestly, i hated the ice at the jurong east rink. so uneven. its like you're skating and your skates are like bumping up and down, plus there are these really pwuny kids using the beginners bar thingy and they are like skating out of nowhere and in the wrong direction and stuff. kinda bugs me. but can't blame them though. and then there are the pros who have like their own skates. which is by the way MEGA cool. cause if you get rented ones the size isn't like too good and its like kinda crappy. this guy haf like nike skates on. it was SO rocking. but he was like way cocky. kept spraying the ice when ever he stopped. there was another guy, looked kinda geeky but was damn good at skating. he could do a double axel! its like even the girls couldn't do it. but he looked weird doing it cause of the glasses and the whole look.

after that grace and i left earlier and we headed for west mall. there's this like small shop thing which is at the first floor near the christmas tree selling like everything chocolate. grace got this pack of small imitation paper-made handbags which looked like Gucci, Chanel, and one more which i can't remember which contained chocolate. haha. cute cute. then there is this chocolate fountain thing which you are supposed to purchase a stick of marshmellows and the guy there will help you smother and cover the whole stick of marshmellow with chocolatey goodness. and it tasted yummy(: aren't your tastebuds just so longing for it? xD

2005/12/09

hey people :) back frm camp. woooo. camp was MAJOR fun :D and i lost my voice.


day 1
everyone met at the Coasta Sands Resort lobby. we then split into our grps and got our room keys. met our other room-mate dsa (i shant say her full-name so as not to get sued) i have nvr met her before. she gave audrey and i like the funniest time ever. haha. not that she was funny. it was her actions that was funny. HAHA. i'll report all the funny stuff that happened later.

after checking out our chalets, we went for DG. we played ice-breaker games like 'do you love your neighbour?' and 'concentration'. oooo i totally love 'do you love your neighbour?' its soo fun :) after DG ended we went back to our bunks to wash-up. but dint haf enough time so gill and dsa went to bathe first.

after that had Extreme Encounter. it was awesome. the whole thing ended at abt 11 plus. we went back to our bunks and washed-up. after that audrey and i took marshmellows and sat on the so-called-porch and ate there. so many funny stuff happened there. haha. and i found out that 'ka zhua' means cockroach in hokkien. cause we were talking to our neighbours next door then sudenly nigel was like 'ka zhua! ka zhua!' then we were like what the heck is a ka zhua?! then we saw this brown thing like crawling towards us then we screamed. after awhile we got caught by some of the coaches and YLs on duty so we quickly went into our bunks.


day 2
we woke up at like 7.55 when breakfast started at like 8. so we rushed all the way there and then we found out that we like ONE WHOLE HOUR to eat our breakfast. so we brought our breakfast back to our bunks to eat. we sat on the porch to eat. after that went for Extreme Encounter and then had lunch. after lunch we had to prepare for our Extreme Playoffs so we got our bottles and stuff.

then we met back in the Coasta Sands Ballroom where Coach Julian suddenly told everyone to finish all the water in our bottles! we were like 'what?!' cause we all had just filled our bottles. plus, audrey and i were sharing one of those 1 litre kind of bottle so we drank til our stomachs nearly burst. turns out that the only reason why Coach Julian asked us to drink all our water was cause he knew that lots of us were like buying fizzy and sugar drinks and stuff to drink at night or smth. they then split us into lower sec and upper sec for the games. its like SO unfair!! the upper sec had like SUCH cool games. jonathan told us that they had to go into the SEA. SOO FUN. our outdoor games were like captain ball (smth like that) and croc river. and out indoor games were like 'catch-me-if-you-can', 'blow balloon blow' which both had to do with BALLOONS. and the third one was abt being blindfolded and led into a seriously dark room. after all the games, we went back to wash-up.

then we had dinner and Extreme Encounter :) its was still awesome. and we ended ard 11 plus again i think. we went back to our bunks and washed-up. we were scared of getting caught staying our late, so we just stayed inside the bunk and watched tv while letting our hair dry.


day 3
this time we woke up at ard 7.45. freshened-up and went to collect our breakfast. after breakfast we had Extreme Encounter :D then had lunch. after lunch was DAREcaching!! its smth like a treasure hunt all over East Coast Park :) ECP was divided into 8 sections and in each section, there were 20 caches. a cache like a 'tresure', its actually a small zip-lock bag with a logbook in it. once we found the cache we had to open it up and write our name and grp name in the logbook to get pts. there were different kinds of caches. like 'Empty Caches' which were worth 200pts, 'Prize Caches' which were worth 100 pts nad had some coupons in them which can be exchanged for cool items, 'Action Caches' which you had to report to the YL in that area and do an action for him/her depending on the YL. some of the caches had bonus coupons which could be exchanged for MEGA cool stuff like, MOVIE TICKETS, HANDMADE EARRINGS, CRABTREE AND EVELYN STUFF, SPORT WATCHES, FOSSIL WATCHES and many many more!! ain't that just cool.

so after the briefing we went to the assigned section and read the clues and starting searching for the caches. we had to search dustbins (not the inside, i meant ard it), lamposts, benches, barbeque pits, telephone booths and so much more. then jer was like video-taking everything we was doing. even ike zip-locking the bag, was also taken. hahaha. we managed to get 2 Action Caches i think and the first one was that we had to do 4 of our grp cheers and the second one was we had to send 5 ppl to do chinese dance for 30 seconds. haha. five of the guys did the chinese dance thing. they looked like they were drunken prawns. haha. but they were really sporting :) *clap clap*.

after 2 hrs or so, we had to report back to the ballroom. where those ppl who managed to get coupons could exchange for their prizes. we then went back to our bunks to wash-up, then we had DG. cause we had to plan our finale night 'Xtransformation' skit thing. each grp was assigned to a sport. we were supposed to change it make to extreme and at the same time funny and we had to act it out. ours was rock-climbing. so after like 1 hr or rehearsal. we were kinda ready. then we had dinner. dinner was BUFFET style :D heh heh. sue-ann, esther, shana, audrey and i took our food and shared table with with this three guys. they cracked us up. it was so funny. we were like laughing and laughing til we dint haf the appetite to eat. two of them were brothers and they kinda alike. the younger one was soooo funny. i mean his facial expressions. he had a REALLY straight-teeth smile. so funny. we were talking and laughing so much that we barely touched our food. lol.

we met adeline and we went down to the convenience store to get mentos. we started talking and laughing. hahaha. then we started goofing off and we kept saying our sentences with the word 'like'. example, "like, hey. i've haven't like seen you in awhile. you've like grown like so much. i like just can't like believe it. its so like amazing" hahahaha. so fun. its was so bimbo-y. haha. so we're like the four bimbos(: audrey, adeline, esther and i. woohoo. it was SO fun.

we then headed for the ballroom and the Extreme Encounter started. we had some really funny performances by the coaches. haha. then we had the 'Xtransformation' thingy. some grps were HILARIOUS. esp, Aikos's one. theirs were abt 'scuba-diving'. after all the grps had performed, we had p&w til like 1 plus. the coaches and lao da were soo nice cause they let have no CURFEW! so after EE we like dashed back to our bunks in the rain. esther and sue-ann came to our bunks too :) awhile later, charissa came over :DD and we were talking and snacking. it was pouring outside. at ard 1.45 all the coaches and YLs had to meet up so charissa left.

then ard 3 plus we heard voices outside our bunk. then a knocking. as there is like this full-glass window thing we can see who is ourside instead of opening the door first. the sticks were outside. i mean like ppl of the opp sex weren't allowed to come to each other bunks in the middle of the night. they were looking for esther. apparently one of them likes esther. oolala. but his attitude totally sucks. esther was like hiding while we were 'entertaining' the sticks. btw, we call the four of them the sticks cause like two of them are really skinny and tall and the other two are like tree-trunks cause they were pretty tall and strong?! er.. dunno how to describe em. then the stick who liked esther was like 'gimme her number and stuff' and them we gave them the wrong number and they actually believed us. and they left.

then like awhile later, they came back, and were like where is esther and stuff. then we said she went home blah blah blah and stick looked like he was going bonkers then he suddenly asked us what school we were frm then we were like SO sarcastic and stuff. then at one pt he was like so fed up he picked up the wooden stool outside and like wanted to throw it at the full-glass window (cause we were talking thru the window as we dint dare to open the door). we screamed and closed the curtains then we switched off all the lights including the ones on the porch and they left. we were SO freaked out that we called the coaches. we only slept ard 4.30 and we woke up at like 7 the next day.


day 4
we packed our stuff and went to collect our breakfast. we had our breakfast then lazed ard on the bed talking and stuff cause we were were still early. dsa was watching tv. then we took our stuff and went to the lobby there to check-out. everyone met in the ball room and we had final sharing. after they dismissed us, audrey, sue-ann and i were talking to the two brothers we met at dinner and we were still laughing. lol. cause the elder brother was like telling us abt what happened last night, as they played a prank on their room-mate while he was asleep. they put like toothpaste all over his face, arms and legs. then they stuck marshmellows all over the place. they nearly put tomato sauce in his other shorts which were alread packed. haha. imagine his mother's face when she washes his pants. while he was talking half-way, the guy they pranked on came. and he smelled MINTY. HAHA. cause of all the tootpaste. but he was a good sport. he wasn't angry or anything, he just laughed. lol. oh yea, they also out the tea leaves from those tea bags into his breakfast. haha.

after the whole thing, audrey and i left first. we walked all the way to marine cove cause there was so few cabs at the Coasta Sand Resort lobby there. we ate mac for lunch and we saw one of the sticks, it was the tree trunk. we saw quite a few dare ppl there. we were like so high. we were talking and laughing so much that we couldn't stop. all the way frm mac, to the the cab, to the bedok train station til jurong east. hahaha. when i reached home i was so exhausted i just dumped my duffel on the floor, and slept.

that was like the bsetest camp i've ever been to. woohoo. dare rocks :D

1) on the first night, when we were talking, she suddenly said that she wanted to fire all the prefects in her school. HAHA.

2) after she said that, audrey was laughing so hard, that she said she wanted to HAND-CUFF her. hahahahaha.

3) one night when she was sleeping, she suddenly made this 'accckk' sound. hahaha

4) one time, we were all eating doritos, then we couldn't finish it, so she was like 'can your put the DORITYS in the fridge?!' HAHAHAHAHAHA.

5) then one time, gill was bathing so left audrey, dsa and i. and she turned on the TV (as usual). then this advert was coming on so she was 'your see ar, this is a very good advertisement.' so we watched. then suddenly this two people were like flying thru the air. then she was like 'your see ar, see ar' then she suddenly said 'see!' then the two people smashed into this white wall thing and at the same time she was like saying 'piiaacck' hahhahahaha. then she was like 'isn't this a good advertisement?' HAHAHAHAHAHA.

6) one time early in the morning she suddenly turned on the tv and started watching the news. gill was so fed up that she left the room. i mean like, helllooooo. who watched news early in the morning?!

7) on the second day i think, we had to go back to wash-up. then she was the first to get in. then she was like 'you guys, i'm ONING the lights ar?' HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. she's oning the lights!! LOL. i mean like, firstly, you dun haf to tell people that you're turning the lights on and second, who says ONING the lights?! hahahahaha

8) on the first night when we were talking, she suddenly mumbled some chinese idioms! LOL. then audrey and i were like, what the heeck?!

9) once, when audrey and i were talking, we started laughing cause of smth, while she was watching tv. then she suddenly picked up 2 empty 1litre water bottles and started like drumming them on the bed saying to us, 'i really feel like hand-cuffing your you know' HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
